Gemma's Ascension Lutheran Youth Group attended a weekend Winter Camp at El Camino Pines. It was Junior and Senior High. They had a lot of fun.
Gemma and Lily, her 8th grade friend.
Brooklyn and Sierra also went. They are in 7th grade. All the girls get along and have so much fun together.
They left on Friday after school. On the drive up they stopped for dinner. Look at that sky!!
Gemma brought Grampy's old digital camera. No phones were allowed and there is no reception up there anyway.
They had worship and activities and plenty of free time. I think they were all hoping for snow but it wasn't meant to be.
The church took an all-group photo before they departed back home on Sunday. Gemma had a great time. She and Lily and Brooklyn have decided to do a week long camp back up there this summer.
