
Why yes we are having fun with Marching Band this season. Luckily Dawn LaGuardia has a lot of time and talent to share!
Back to School Night the regiment Seniors had to play pep tunes in the gym for the the grand opening! Sienna, Anna and Lily have been playing Trumpet in Regiment for four years together!


Football games are really only about the band. It did finally get exciting this year for our football team. They went from losing every game last year to winning every season game this year.
The season gets underway and the uniforms arrive! Prop painting is always a long process.
They wanted to make it look like a Jazz club.
Gemma had a color guard family pizza night at Toppers. It was a big turn out.

The Fall band concert was a good one. Luckily Granny and Grampy were in town and could come!
There were many special highlights for the Seniors. They got beautiful photos by a photographer.
One of the football games is Senior night. All the seniors wear a sash and they have senior banners in the stadium.

It was fun when we win home games the football team huddles below the stands and the band plays the Westlake High School Alma mater song.

Our first competition at Thousand Oaks High for Sounds of Conejo. We served dessert to both bands.
Our first real competition at Moorpark High School. The guard looks so good in their dresses with full hair and makeup.
It is always fun to watch the show come together with the props. Our show wasn't complete at the early competitions. We had about half to 2/3 of the show done.

Truck Dads are a whole vibe. They work hard and have a lot of fun!
The local news channel highlighted Westlake High on the morning news Sports Highlights due to the undefeated season.
Competitions are a lot of work but a lot of fun. Gemma was on top of the props with her flags. She had an amazing first season.
